The Missing Piece

This design is one of three out of Abbies Series work “A Child’s Freedom”.

This print is all about using pattern and detail to express the missing piece of an adult. She uses child like drawings to symbolise the freedom of a child that we may not feel like we have anymore. She also uses child like objects to highlight the idea of children not having to worry about anything but toys. Abbie says a child mind is full up of toys, games, smiles and laughter and there is no better way to live than to feel happy and free.
