Again, I was lucky enough to be invited to this wonderful state with my university course. There was no way I was missing this opportunity! The crowds were crazy, the city life was something I hadn’t really experienced until visiting here and the sound I remember was constant beeping of car horns. I thought to myself welcome to city life. It was so weird I must have been about 20 but going into a pub and not being able to order a drink was bizarre after getting to the age where I could in England. Times square was amazing, I loved all the colours from the lights and vibrant adverts, it was so surreal, almost like you were in a movie.
